Taylor Scott Champagne is the founding principal of Champagne, a private real estate investment, development and service firm focused on land, multifamily and other housing investments throughout the Southwest United States.

Taylor Scott is a problem solver at heart and thrives on turning complex opportunities into exceptional outcomes. Taylor Scott founded Champagne to provide clients a trusted partner that pushes the limits of possibility by delivering “Value Through Solution”. Taylor Scott stands out with his unified analytical-intuitive approach to deal making. This unified methodology utilizes analytical rigor to support sound instinctive decision making. Entrepreneurial in spirit, Taylor Scott has owned and operated several closely held business ventures, including previously working as a licensed real estate broker.

Taylor Scott graduated from Seattle University with a B.A. in finance and entrepreneurship and is a CCIM (certified commercial investment member) participant. Located on the West Coast, Taylor Scott holds active California, Arizona and Washington broker licenses.

He maintains an active profile within the industry through his affiliations with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP and Valley Partnership. Additionally, Taylor Scott is an appointed member of the Thousand Oaks Business Roundtable and member of the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce.
